How do I apply?

All you do is simply press the button below and it will redirect you to a google form link where you could submit your album name. Remember it HAS to drop on October 31st aka Halloween day. Any questions should be asked on the google form itself and I will DM you an answer when you send your Instagram / TikTok username.
